With 314 meters it is the highest building in Tallinn that is hard for anyone with reasonable eyesight to miss. Built to provide a better telecoms service for facilitating the 1980 Olympic games it is a structure with a few interesting historic episodes.
It also happens to be the one building which I see every morning when I wake up, staring majestically and elegantly right through the living room window.
