There, I said it. Despite the fact that I do 30-50 flights per year – that’s on average almost one every week – I still experience the occasional emotional or even psychological inconvenience when it comes using wings for travelling.
I acknowledge the fact that ultimately my safety is in the hands of other people. However, there are a number of techniques that I have practised for ten years to make the effort less disturbing and more of an experience to enjoy.
